Celebrating Ability

This isn't a disability issue.
opportunity issue.

Every month, 600+ Hong Kong families walk through our doors for sport, nutrition, and community — because someone showed up for them first. That someone could be you.

Programmes

What We Do

A whole-person model — sport, nutrition, and family support — because reaching full potential takes more than one hour a week.

Sports

Our sports programme is designed without limitations. We aim to give our beneficiaries the greatest opportunity to reach their full potential by offering a comprehensive range of activities while also striving for excellence in each sport.

Nutrition

Sport classes alone are not enough to significantly extend the life expectancy of our beneficiaries. This is why we've developed a well thought out nutrition programme to help our community make significant healthy lifestyle changes.

Family

Love 21's focus on family sets us apart. Our parent beneficiaries play a huge role in our classes. We offer specialty classes for parents only and allow parental participation in a large number of our sport and healthy lifestyle classes.

CSR

Our Corporate Social Responsibility Programme is an extremely important one for Hong Kong. Your employees will learn about our beneficiary's amazing ability in sport, and also about their greatest ability in bringing the best out of people.

Questions people actually ask

No. Most of our volunteers have never worked with neurodiverse members before their first shift. Coaches brief you on-site, every time.

Programme fees are kept deliberately low and needs-based support is available — cost should never be the reason a family doesn't join. Ask us directly through the member app.

Yes — some of our strongest partners started with two or three employees on a single Saturday shift, not a full CSR day.

Every tier on this page is tied to a specific, real cost — class sessions, coaching, or programme fees. We're not government-funded, so recurring gifts are what let us plan a full season, not just one month.
